History

Since its founding in 1997, Blaine H. Hibberd, P.A. has concentrated on helping its clients resolve their business disputes. Traditionally, that meant litigating the dispute in state or federal court.  However, over the years more and more clients have expressed an interest in resolving their dispute out of court and trying to resolve their issue through mediation or arbitration. Accordingly, we handle these types of alternative dispute resolution matters as well.

Blaine H. Hibberd, P.A. has served a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-sized companies to large corporations. We represent both employers and employees. Our clients have come from a wide range of industries including contractors, insurance, sales and distribution, homeowners, landlords, and tenants.
